Quest R is our new baby AOS stallion and is certainly causing a lot of interest. At his first dressage meeting in May 2015, he scored 84% in his first test and needless to say won comprehensively. We are more than aware that there is a lot of water to go under the bridge before Grand Prix but considering our record, one would have to think that this is a shining star of the future. Quest R covered his first few mares last season and they are already being sought after. The foals will be inspected with excitement. The first mare to be offered for sale in foal to Quest R is in this catalogue, Red Morning Light R, Lot 14. Quest R is by Quarterback who carries Quando-Quando blood Quando represented Australia at Aachen WEG 2006 and at the 2008 Olympics in Hong Kong. Sire Quarterback, was the Bundeschampion 3yo riding horse with 10 for rideability. On Quarterback’s dam line is Poesie (Brentano II). Poesie is dam of Poetin, winner of Bundeschampion as a 3yo, 5yo and 6yo. Poetin sold for 2.5 mllion euros! Quest R’s dam is also by Brentano II out of a Wenzel mare. Brentano II is famous for producing international Grand Prix dressage horses including Brentina. Brentina was the winner of the World Cup Final in 2003 Goteborg in Sweden. Chilled semen only.
